Welcome to the sixth annual Ruthless Stamping Retreat!

I am so excited about this upcoming retreat!

Does the thought of getting away for a weekend with other women, while you stamp and craft to get ready for the Christmas holidays, sound wonderful to you?

Then come away with Ruthless Stamping for our sixth annual
"Craft your Christmas" retreat!

You'll be crafting in a lovely setting while having your meals deliciously prepared and served for you! You'll make new friends! You'll go home with wonderful completed paper crafting projects that will help you celebrate Christmas while reducing the stress!

Come and join me at this "Craft Your Christmas" event! There will be great door prizes for all, fun and inspiring WOW demonstrations, and lots of fun surprises!

You are going to love our venue! The location is great, because you'll feel like you really got away, and yet you won't spend hours on the freeway on Friday night! You'll be pleased with the meals and their presentation. You'll be excited about the lovely and clean rooms, the exercise room, the pool, the lovely settings all around the hotel, our meeting room, and the great customer service in the hotel.

All your projects will be prepared for you, so you can come and learn techniques and assemble your projects without the delay of doing your own measuring and cutting. You'll be pleased with the variety and creativity of all the projects.

Here's the proposed schedule

Friday, October 25

Check in to your room anytime after 3:00 pm. Receive your Welcome Bag upon arrival.
Meet at the Catalina Room for our first meal together at 5:30 pm. Bring your Welcome Bag because we'll go straight from dinner to our Ballroom to start crafting your Christmas!
This will be an easy evening: Get to know your fellow crafters and Craft Your Christmas with creative gift card holders.

Saturday, October 26

6:00 - 9:00 am Breakfast Buffet
9:00 "Craft Your Christmas" with Cards, Cards, Cards
12:30-1:30 Buffet Lunch in the Catalina Room
1:30 "Craft your Christmas" with a unique album to preserve your holiday memories
5:30 Dinner in the Catalina Room
7:00 Pajama Party! Wear your fun and favorite pajamas (optional), come and relax, and do just a bit more crafting.

Sunday, October 27

Breakfast, 6:00-9:00 am at your leisure
9:00 "Craft your Christmas" with ?? (I'm still planning!)
We'll conclude officially around noon, but the room will be open until 1:30 if you want to squeeze in a bit more crafting.
Check out of your room by 11:00 am.

REGISTRATION ENDS on Tuesday, October 1. Room availability is limited, so sign up today to guarantee your spot, even if you are not submitting your full payment at that time.

Retreat Fee:

Single - $570.

Double - $440.

Triple- $397.

Quad- $375.

Note: Your registration includes one half package of "Night Before Christmas Memories and More" Card Pack, and one half package of "Night Before Christmas Designer Series Paper."

You need to submit $200 to hold your spot by Monday, September 23.

Total fee must be paid by Monday, October 7.

Complete payment is by check, cash, or VENMO (User name: Ruth-Bingle) by October 7 so that the hotel and myself have accurate counts for rooms, food and supplies.

Natalie White, the West Coast Area DDM, will be coming on

Thursday evening, October 24,

to meet up with us for dinner and Q and A!

We will meet at Polly's Pies Restaurants in Yorba Linda for the evening at 5:30 pm.

Everyone will be responsible for their own dinner.

If you'd like to stay the night at the hotel and attend the retreat, you may do so at the Retreat rate ($130.90, includes tax) and then relax for the day before the retreat begins on Friday evening.

(The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland,

Knott's Berry Farm, shopping center, etc)

You will need to register for the retreat by the deadlines noted above.

You may indicate that you are coming to the Demo Night with Natalie on

the Retreat Registration form, even if you are not attending the retreat.

Additional Information

Swapping: Would you like to swap with your other retreat buddies? Demonstrators LOVE to swap, and I think you will too! Create a card (or 3 D project) to swap with others. It must be made entirely with Stampin' Up! product (current or retired). This is entirely optional. However, I'll need to know by September 25 if you are planning on swapping, so I can report to everyone and let them know how many projects to make. Join the fun!

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel by October 1, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after that date, but you will receive all the products for the projects two weeks after the retreat. (Per Stampin' Up! policy, we cannot stamp for you, but we can supply the products for the projects as they are prepared for the attendees) Registration is transferable to someone else up till October 11.
